The technical tests show that my internet connection is too slow to take my language test?

Recording your language test requires an internet connection.

The internet connection is measured by the size of the bandwidth.

Below a bandwidth (up and down) of 250 Kbps, you will not be able to record the interview. You will be notified of this with this message:

There are several things you to do to ensure you have large enough bandwidth:

1. In all cases, we strongly recommend that you close all applications that can use bandwidth (Skype, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
2. If you have chosen to record your language test on your smartphone, make sure you have a 4G connection or are on a WiFi network to which you are close enough to ensure sufficient speed.
3. If you have chosen to record your language test on your computer, make sure you are close enough to the Internet router for the WiFi to be at its maximum strength or are connected to the Internet with a cable connection.
