My webcam is not detected, what should I do? (Windows)

If the application does not detect your webcam, here is the error page that you will see displayed:

To check that your webcam is properly configured proceed as follows:

1. Click on the Windows icon 
2. Select the privacy settings
3. In the left-hand menu, select “Camera”
4. Check that it is enabled
