Depending on the configuration chosen by the recruiter you can or cannot view your answers before going on to the next question.

In the most common configuration, you will not be able to view your answer before going on to the next question.

If the HR team has chosen to allow its applicants to rerecord themselves, you can then view up to 3 of your answers, choose the one you prefer and validate your choice.
